These easy roasted mushrooms are an amazing side to any meal. They only take 25 minutes to cook and can be prepared alongside many other dishes.


Ingredients


  • 500g ( two packages) baby bella muchrooms
  • 1 tsp light oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mushroom broth powder

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).Heat a pan on medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Add your mushrooms to the pan, sprinkle with garlic powder and mushroom broth seasoning. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the mushrooms start to sweat and release their moisture.

Remove from the stove and place the mushrooms cap-side down on a baking sheet. Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and golden.
